It’s sunny, it’s warm, it’s windy and it’s time to go teaching Wingfoiling today, these are the very few days in Scotland that make me feel Tip Top although in saying that these days just make me feel even more tip top than usual, wake up and live each day as if it is your last because if you don’t you will regret it when your older, and that just can’t happen, live for today, dream for the future and don’t dwell in the past, Happy Dayz everyone
