What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

It’s amazing how you can sustain non-stop exercise and vigorous playing around when you’re young, as you grow older you still imagine that your body is functioning the same, but secretly it’s not. I eventually had to bow down to old age but only a little when I was in my mid-forties. I started to practice yoga as I felt my body in the mornings needed a stretch and this has become a daily norm for me now with at least a 10min yoga stretch session every morning to help with the aches and pains. I also take supplements to enhance my bodies natural functions which helps me no end, I won’t list what I take as it’s up to the individual to study their own body and understand what they need. Regarding well being, I make sure I tell myself each day that I am so very very lucky to be healthy and happy and don’t take anything for granted, enjoy each day as if it were your last and be sure you make at least one person a day smile with a genuine compliment, Happy days everyone
