In my line of work I don’t have the chance to listen to music as I teach Watersports so my daily job is listening to people and hearing what they have to say about their progression during the lessons. Just like people watching people listening is definitely a lot more personal and you have to take every word as it comes and try and diagnosis it as best you can and never take it personally as it’s normally the person that’s got an issue with themselves not with you, words are very powerful indeed and you have to use them wisely.
